Absolutely pathetic service

I went into The Glen branch to upgrade my contract for the Samsung S4 deal on Cell C. I was promised to receive my phone on the following Tuesday. A few days later my wife went in for the same deal and was told that she would have the phone on the same day as mine. On Tuesday my wife's phone arrived and not mine. Its now been 4 weeks and I still dont have my phone. This is not due to lack of stock! I was told by an employer at the Glen branch that the head office is giving stock to all new clients and making existing clients wait! After numerous calls to the branch and head office all I get is pathetic excuses and passing the buck. No one bothers to call back and update me. This is both from head office and all the staff including the supervisor! I can not believe how useless and unprofessional the staff are at Nashua Mobile. This is a disgrace. I am now without a phone for 4weeks because my old sim card was deactivated by nashua mobile on the day I went in for the upgrade! Besides my problem it took them 10 days to activate my wife's sim card which was much longer than they had promised.
