I am from Durban and i am in this area on business. 2 of us went to Mcdonalds in Krugersdorp, ordered a meal. While eating we noticed that there is a insect proplem hence the insect repelent above the front door. However to my amazement while eating my french fries i found a flying ant dead inside the box. I descretely took it to the cashier and showed it to her and went back to my table and started eatin my burger. A few minutes later a lady brought me another packet of french fries and just gave it to me with no applogy. Not even a word. We said to her that they must be careful of these kind of things. I am in the food industry for over 28 years and understand these things thereforbdid not make an issue of it. The least we could expect was a visitbfrom the manager and an apology. On observation we noticed a broken chair, menu board durotrans upside down, burnt bulbs and a few signage lights burnt out. This explaines why the manager did not even care. I must mention that the service in the stores in the the Gauteng region is generally bad compared to other regions in SA.
