Debonairs Pizza
BAD SERVICE

Hi. I am a regular customer at the Debonairs in Parkmore. I place a lunch order at least once a week and this order normally encompasses a few orders on behalf of many people in the office. I think that I have been very patient and understanding as almost EVERY time, there is a problem with our order and I have not complained about it. However today was most disappointing!!! We place an order and after waiting almost an hour the order gets delivered and it is completely WRONG!!! I get a call from the manager Mishack, who says that he will send the driver over immediately and rectify the error. The driver comes through only to ask me "why cant I just eat the pizzas"?? The completely wrong order!!! He then spends about half an hour trying to make sense of what happened. Finally after numerous calls to Mishack I requested that my money be given back as my food was cold "according to Debonairs if the dot is not red rule". The driver comes back with 2 pizzas still incorrect and no refund!!! PATHETIC if you ask me. A total embarressment to the Debonairs franchise!!!
