Debonairs... Debo Where?!

I placed an order at 7:40 for 2 large pizzas. My order was taken and no mention of how long I can expect to wait for delivery. I safely assumed the normal 40min would then apply. At 8:45 (an hour later) I called ALL 3 numbers available for this branch and after my 9th attempt someone eventually answered the phone (its now 8:53). I explained the situation, asked to speak to the Manager, who then promised me that he would call the driver to find out how far he is and then call me back. I said that if I don't hear from him in 10min that I wamted the order cancelled as I would then proceed to feed my family something else from a more competent institution. The pizza arrived exactly an hour and 25min after placing my order. I asked the driver whether he received a call from Tabulani and his response was no surprize "No". I am disgusted, disappointed and pretty much sick to my stomach that I was forced to spend my money on food that arrived late and I no longer wanted. This is most definitely the absolute LAST debonairs will EVER hear from me.
