Poor Service

To whom it may concern

During the early hours of Friday morning, a friend and i popped into the KFC on somerset road to grab something to eat. After looking at the food i asked the cashier whether it was possible to have fresh fries made, as i could see its been standing for a while. She then asked the chef whether my request was possible, at which point the chef came out and indirectly said no. Seconds he then hesitated whether he should make it or not, after which i said its fine leave it!

This is not the first time i experienced bad customer service from this specific KFC. The first occasion was with the actual manager (a muslim woman by the name of Gabiba or Gamiema, I stand under correction with name & spelling) whom directed a horrible offensive remark!
