Standard is dropping

Hi

I am not sure if Nando's at the Ridge in Shallcross is under new management or they just have new staff preparing their meals but the standard has dropped drastically. We always order extra hot meals with extra sauce. Twice last week we received meals that weren't hot at all and had no sauce! Absolutely dry dry meals! This happened to a friend of mine as well last week so I am guessing this wasn't a once off thing. Very disappointing as we buy from this branch twice a week for five people. I hope this issue can be addressed.
