Inconsistent quality of meals

I purchase lunch very often from this store and am quite frustrated at the inconsistent quality of their meals.

I used to work near the Berea store previously and was never disappointed but with this branch it is a constant hit and miss.

I usually order the quarter chicken with chips and a roll, leg, hot, extra sauce. its like a lucky packet every time.

Some days it is dry with no extra sauce, some days undercooked but drowning in sauce, some days there is no butter, other days its mild instead of hot, today I had exactly 12 chips (the packet was only half filled)

I only purchase from this store as it is close to my offices and often consider alternatives just to avoid being disappointed but I really love Nandos and wish this branch would wake up!
