Promotion Free Breakfast

I went to Willow Way Mcdonalds today for the free promotion breakfast, only to find out it was closed, the promotion states 5:00 AM, I was there at 5:30 to 5:40, I even went into the drive through where two cars were standing, a green figo and silver golf 5, as obviously the staff inside were incompetent as the car was standing for a long time. I cannot wait, does Mcdonalds not pride itself on good customer service? I now did not get my free promotional breakfast as advertised. Mcdonalds should really assess their outlets and how they are being managed, because there is one word for it... pathetic. I will in future, when there is a Mcdonald promotion, go and buy at another fast food outlet and use my hard earned cash ONLY to those who deserve it!
