Terrible Service

A number of issues with this branch :

1. Every Sunday, we arrive around 09:30 to purchase their advertised breakfast (Egg McMuffin meal), order - pay - and then are told to park in the parking lot and wait... for up to 10 minutes.
The staff appear to be unorganised and not ready to serve breakfast at all... not what I would call fast service, especially when you advertise a breakfast and 09:30 in the morning is not early.
2. Happy meals bought for my daughter on numerous occasions do not have the toy advertised, and have come incomplete (no patty on burger). Whats makes this extremely frustrating is that you only find out the toy is not available AFTER paying.

Ultimately we've decided that going to McDonalds is more often than not a pain in the backside, and have now resorted to going elsewhere.
The fact that you dont respond to customer complaints on this website speaks volumes about your customer care... PATHETIC!
