No Promotional Toys

Today (21/08/13), I went to the Mcdonalds in town, looking for the Despicable Me 2 promotional toys. When I arrived, the first lady that helped me, looked like she didn't know what I was talking about. After explaining for 5 minutes she brought me a Transformer toy. I then called the manager and the same thing happened. They couldn't tell me when they will receive stock or give any info. Im really disgust in this because according to advertisement they should have stock every Friday. The other Mcdonalds near our Mall also had the same reaction and disgusting service. Where can we get these promotional figures if our Mcdonalds dont keep stock?
