Bad Service

My husband decided to spoil me with breakfast for my birthday and we went to MCdonalds for their Big Breakfast.

1. The cashier taking our order sounded and looked fast asleep.
2. We had to wait in the parking area for our order, even though we went through the drive thru.
3. When we got to my work and opened the containers, there was no hashbrowns and the Big Breakfast includes this.
