Mr D & Nandos messed up

I ordered from Mr Delivery Nando's Rondebosch on Saturday afternoon. Order was done online.
Meal arrived after an hour and a half because they said they were busy (thanks to the person who phoned me to tell me it would be late). I accept this.
The food arrived almost cold. I cannot accept that. The driver did not bring my complimentary weekend argus. He said he forgot. I cannot accept that. Thats not a good enough reason. You either hire people who add value or I dont order from you anymore. Nandos did not provide butter with the festive meal i ordered. Nandos gave no serviettes either. Had to wait another hour for the butter and newspaper to arrive. Mr D & Nandos you have to do better next time. I can tell you this for sure, I will not be ordering from you for at least a month.
