Nandos can't get an order correct!

I have been ordering from here for the last year, almost twice a week. However over the last few months both mine and my flatmates orders have been continuously messed up... either wrong piece of chicken or wrong flavour or forgetting the extra sauce. Today I have reached my limit and tired of this pathetic service. And every time, we have called to complain they offer to replace it with the correct meal but you have to wait over 45mins to get the correct meal. This is ridiculous especially since they are at fault! Nandos Benmore needs to catch a wake up as I will rather order from Sandton or Rivonia in future as this is highly frustrating.
