Worst KFC in PMB

On 08:03:2013, at 18:45 (according to my receipt) I went through the drive-thru at the KFC and ordered. There was one customer ahead of me. This lady had to wait over 25 minutes for her order as the cooldrink machine was faulty and she had to wait for her drinks. What boggles my mind is that there were 500ml buddy bottles of cooldrink in the fridges but nobody thought of serving those instead, while the machine got fixed. This delay resulted in a queue of irate people behind me. In this time the lady ahead of me asked to speak to the manageress and was told that she was busy and could not speak to her. Eventually she arrived after the customer insisted to talk to her. My complaint is that we were all kept waiting, unnecessarily, while the manageress tried to fix the machine instead of serving bottles of cooldrink. Plus, we could have been warned when we ordered that the machine was broken and that there would be a wait. HOWEVER, to add insult to injury, I ordered a regular coleslaw and the tub was tiny. PLUS, when I opened up the tub, the salad was sour (probably went off from the long wait). The chicken was dry, smelled bad and was under-cooked. Bad first experience overall :-(
