We bought a tumble dryer from HiFi Corporation in 2011 and got the extended warranty along with Kelvinator's 2 year warranty. In June of this year 2013 the machine broke and we called the customer care line to report that the machine is broken we faxed the details of the problem to them and they sent out a Kelvinator technician who checked the machine it was making a loud banging noise and the interior light bulb had blown. The technician told us it would take 21 days to fix because he would have to order the spares a light bulb and a fan belt to fix the machine. After 4 weeks we phoned to find out how long we still had to wait for them to fix the machine and then found out that the spares were not ordered. We have been phoning every day to find out when will they come and fix the machine. We do get calls telling us that they are looking into the problem. HOW LONG DO WE HAVE TO WAIT? HOW LONG IS 21 DAYS?
