On Saturday 9 March, my sister and i went to nandos. She ordered 3 wings and wedges. She said the order twice to the lady at the till. When i received the order i was surprised to find chips instead of wedges. I then told one of the staff the response was ; check your slip..Then i checked the slip saw it said chips on it when i told my sister, she was furious. Said i must return the order because she repeated herself twice
Then i met PELO, (most respected, helpful and big smile). He spoke to the manager, where he was told that when u order 3wings you have to take chipsPelo came back, i explained to him then my sister should have been advised at the till about this. Pelo said he will speak to the manager and explain.

When i told my sister, she was furious and said when she gets to nandos she's wnts it return because she repeated herself at the till like a fool. PELO came back said the manager agreed to give the wedges and Pelo sincerley apologised. Ive never had such great customer service. PELO polite respectful manner in which he spoke and handled the situation. And he listened to what i had to said.

What could have been a complaint on hello peter changed to compliment. GO PELO
