Paid R10.00 for nothing

Ii ordered take away from Nandos Yeoville yesterday which was 1/4 chicken leg with potatoe wedges and a extra source on the side. When i got to eat my food i realised that they source was not there and the wedges where not seasoned, as i was not too far from Nandos i phoned them and the guy i spoke to took my number and said he will call me and get someone to deliver it, i waited for the call for more than 15 munites and i decided to call again and i was asked to hold for the manager whom i waited for, for than 8 munites until i ran out of airtime, even today i havent minutes a call from them, that is such bad customer service i mean paying for something you dont get its to me
