WORST SERVICE EVER FROM NANDOS'S MANAGER SANRIDGE

ON THE 25th of September i went to Nando's San-ridge to buy the Crusted Peri Wings, I asked if they can give me potato wedges instead of chips which i have had before for (R24.90) in more than 6 Nandos Branches. I was shocked when the cashier who was so rude, told me that i have to pay an extra R15.90 for the potato wedges. He called the manager (TENDANI) who then said to me they can't give me wedges instead of chips, if i want wedges i shud pay R40.90. I then said to him i buy this special 3 to 4 times a week and i always get it with potato wedges. He started being so RUDE and arrogant, pointing his finger at me.

I did not have a problem with paying R40.90, but i did not appreciate the manner that the TENDANI (Manager) spoke to me. He was so rude and arrogant, raising his voice at me right in front of e staff and customers. I would have appreciated if he called me on the side and try sort out this issue in a proffessional manner.

On the same day i went and bought the same meal at Nandos Colombine Square and i asked for potato wedges and thay gave me without even asking. I even have a receipts to prove it. I WILL NEVER GO TO NANDOS SANRIGE EVER... They are so rude
