Bad Service

We have now officially given up going to the Steers in Durbanville as their staff as so incompetent and lethargic! I can't begin to count the number of times they have given us the incorrect order or left something out of our takeaway order.

It is almost impossible to understand the ladies taking the orders, and they do not seem to understand their customer's orders either. On Saturday, a simple order of 3 Cheese Burgers and 1 Steers Burger with 4 small chips should not have been too difficult to place, but we became so exasperated that in the end we just left.

Your staff really need to wake up, be trained better and to remember that they are in the service industry!
