Burger not what was advertsied

I ordered a Promotional burger at Steers. It was advertised as a Steers burger with double cheese and chips for R29.90. I was told it was the regular steers burger size, but when I opened the burger (back at my office) the pattie was the size of the small burgers and it had a piece broken off. To have to pay R29.90 for something that was this poorly put together is unacceptable in my view.

Steers has always been my fast food vendor of choice, however since this was not the first incident of this kind, I will not be returning to Steers in the future. I hate to say it but there are other fast food vendors that supply a better product and they will be getting my support.
