Good Day Steers, I used your online Steers website so I would not have to use Hello Peter but it seems not only do your branches not follow instructions but neither does your head office, I went to your Bromhof Steers and ordered 4 cheese burgers and chips and I requested that on one could they make it a plain cheese burger with no garnish, instead I got a roll and a patty to say my daughter was disappointed is understated but being 7:30 at night I did not want to drive back to get them to add cheese. As it would delay them going to bed and it was a school night, please you are a proudly South African Company please make South Africans proud and don't chase us to other take outs because of staff not taking customer's orders correctly.
