Disgusting Foods from Mcdonalds Rivonia

I am such a good supporter of Mc Donalds in Rivonia, But will never buy from them again.
I ordered a Spicy Cajen Meal, and dam it was divine. When i started eating the chips almost at the end when it was finished i found a interesting disgusting Specie at the bottom of the carton. I have PIctures of it as well.
I was so disgusted and i had always been buying from them. What conditions are they working under? How clean are there premises. Will never buy from them again, Just though the public should know this.
