I decided to have a girls night/ movie night with my daughter tonight, thinking that pizza would be the perfect meal. I placed my order online and was told it would take - 40 minutes. 2 hours later and still no pizza. I phoned the branch twice and was told the driver left long ago. After I canceled I was told the. Driver had a flat tyre, 1 why was I not told this on my calls made. 2 surely the driver had my number to advise me of the delay. Not a very customer right now and needless to say highly irritated and hungry with a moaning 2 year old who never got her pizza.
