Bad service is unacceptable

We arrived only to find that they booked the table in the wrong section. We booked for dinner in the restaurant and they had us down for the outside deck. Food was terrible, steak was underdone, pasta was revolting and pizzas were cold. Bearnnaise sauce looked like custard. We ordered bubbles, which arrived after the food and then served to us in wine glasses because they had run out of champagne flutes. Upon ordering a Steph Weiss we were told that those beers are sold in another section and that one needs to go there one's self, the waiter can't fetch a beer from the other section and bring it to our table.
If an establishment wants to charge a premium for their service and food, it should be worthy of it. Shimmy doesn't excel at food and DEFINITELY not service. I have been there a couple of times, and they have a 100% strike rate for bad service.
