Beef found in vegetarian pizza

Date 11 January 2013. A piece of beef was found in a specific order of a vegetarian pizza. As strictly vegetarian consumers, we rely on the reputation of large brand such as Panarottis Pizza (king Shaka airport Durban) to prepare meals according to vegetarian standards. There was an offer by the manager to replace the current 'contaminated' vegetarian pizza with a corrected order. However, speaking for the larger vegetarian Hindu community, we will never consume from this brand again. We will also publish in Durban media, to alert all vegetarian Hindus NOT to purchase from Panarottis as a brand, ever again, as they have no respect for the HIndu culture and religion. It is obvious that preparing utensils are not cleaned between orders, indicating unhygienic preparation methods. We have notified all hindu organizations informing them of this disrespectful incident. An immediate response publicaly in the media, and an apology to myself is required. We were fully refunded, but the disgust with this incident has left us without supper, and feeling of violation.
