No Chilli Salt for months

Since end of last year 2012 every time that I order food from KFC Florencia they tell me they are out of chilli salt. I personally only eat their chips with chilli salt as its otherwise very tasteless and a waiste of money without. Every time I complain and everytime I see nothing changed. Please can I ask you to get them to stock more Chilli salt as its starting to get very annoying to me. Your feedback in the matter would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise you could always send me a box of chilli salt and I'll stop asking them for it with my purchases.
