RIP OFFS!

My family & I visited the Steers @ Petroport, Nandi Drv, South Bound on Saturday 2nd March 2013. We popped into Steers & placed orders for Cheese Burgers which we were charged for. The gentleman @ the Cashier called out the Orders to the Kitchen staff who were engaged in conversation with each other. We get our order & leave. Five minutes into our journey down South, we open up the packet & realize that we got Plain burgers!!! May sound a bit "CHEESY" after-all it was only cheese, maybe @ R2 a slice or more. If you had to not add this to Customers orders over a period of time, this could be a substantial PROFIT to your branch. NOTE: I work near your branch & needless to say, I will not be visiting your store again & I will notify all my family & colleagues to not purchase from this particular Branch. Don't cheat travelling customers, yeah we can't come back to correct our orders, because it's a FREEWAY & not easy to turn & come back. WELL DONE TO YOUR STAFF... NOT!!!
