Placed an order for delivery from the Spur: 2 off Lamb tjops medium to well with baked potato, mushroom sauce x 2. Order placed at 14h31, he told me he will phone me back.
I phoned again at 14h56 o confirm my order. I had to repeat the order again. At 15h44 i phoned gain to find out where the driver is. He told me he is on his way. Well i phoned again at 16h31 and asked if my order is now placed or what the ell is going on. He told me to hold on while he phoned the driver, after 5 min, he asked my number again to phone me back. Well the driver eventually pitched at 16h58.
How disgusting, no phone calls to explain why, or an apology.
