Very late delivery and rude manage

On the 25th of february 2013 i phoned the steers branch in pinetown st johns, and made an order for delivery.i placed the order at 12:13.I waited until 13:00, and decided to phone back, i was told that there was no driver, and that they would send it as soon as the driver returned.at 13:35, i called back to cancel one of the items, and was told by the manager that he told me already that there was no driver and he just hung up.my order only arrived at 14;02.I am very upset by this, i think that the manager should be dealt with, he had absolutely no customer service skills. I dont think that i will be ordering from Steers anytime soon after this.
