Appalling Service

What an appalling service I received from a woman name Nyasha. I bought wize12, 8 wings and 4 extra wings which I was told to wait 7 minutes for the 4 wings, I waited in my car for 10 minutes then went back into KFC and I was told that they haven't even started frying the wings. I asked for my money back and nyasha came to refund me so I asked why are they only putting in the wings in now and nyasha with such attitude told me that they had an order for a bucket that they had to make and didn't frying my wings.

I'm so disappointed by the attitude of kfc staff and this is not the first time I get attitude from kfc observatory.
