Terrible service

Baught Veriety bucket with a bottled water, the water was warm and I asked for paper cup and ice so I can have cold water, I offered to pay for the cup and ice, the manager refused to sell me the cup with ice, He"s response was that I should buy a soda fountain coldrink to obtain my cup with ice, what is the point if there us coldrink in the cup if I want to use it for my water? this is poor service from a coustomer point of view
