Pizza Perfect
2hrs later no food and not even a sorry

We ordered one pasta and two pizza's from Pizza Perfect Kyalarmi. We were told they are very busy and they also did not have electricity, so the order will take an hour to get to us, this was 18.25 by 20.25 our food had still not arrived. I can fully understand the delay and agreed an hour is fine. I called the restaurant to enquire about our food, the manager said his driver is out and he was sure our order will be delivered very soon. After 2hrs of waiting, was our food going to be fresh and hot? Needles to say, the manager said he would call me back, he was going to phone the driver.. I called back to say cancel my order, as my family was now overly hungry, so I was going out now to buy supper.. The manager comes on the phone and says he spoke to the driver and my order had been delivered, HUH, if my order was delivered why would I be wasting my time am money calling into enquire about my order? This service is disgusting and the manager never even had the decency to say I am really sorry. Last time we ordered from Pizza Perfect the burger I had was disgusting. I complained and the OWNER said she would get back to me, have you heard from her, because I haven't.
