Bad delivery policy

We had the most disgusting service from the Parow [Halaal] branch on Sunday 19 May 2013.
My wife placed an order for delivery around 18h10.
The pizza eventually arriver around 19h30.
I called the branch during this period and the girl who ansered said they only have 1 driver and it takes around 45mins or 1hr or longer to deliver.
And when the pizza arrived, it was not even cut.
AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL.
Don't think I'll use St Elmo's again.
