My change was never given back

I just want to tell the world of the service OZMO caffe in Rosebank gives out. I order my food early this morning and indicated to the cashier that a person to deliver my food should bring a change for R50. What happened is the guy dropped my food and said he would bring my change back. That was 09:30 am and it is now 14:00 yet didn't get my change. When I called the store I was put on hold for 5 minutes and they were busy having a chat without resolving my matter, minutes later the phone was dropped without anyone telling me what's happening. The staff didnt want to put me through to the manager so i can lay my complaint.
