I had ordered a chickencheese burger previously and received a beef cheeseburger. I was so hungry, I just ate it. Today I ordered a chickenburger with cheese, and again they brought a beef cheeseburger. When we called to complain, none of the staff, including the manager understood what the complaint was about, and kept telling me to bring the order back to them so they could replace it, even though I had told them on numerous occassions, that I had a meeting in the next 10-15 minutes. They also did not provide sufficient change to my colleague who also ordered. This is a sign of poor listening skills, from the person answering the phone all the way up to management. What if I had been a non-beef eater for religious purposes? Why must the customer run after the supplier to get what they had originally ordered? Bashas had always provided fantastic service up until this point. I am absolutely livid with the fact that I was asked to go back to the store and get my order corrected. There was no apology from anyone at the store. When I finally did get my order (besides the thought of them spitting on my food) the bottom bun had mould on it.
