Cellphone while having meal

On the 14th of February while dining at the Parktown North Nandos (Cnr 3rd & 7th Avenues) with my partner her cellphone was, this was between 21:00 and 21:20 and it occurs at a point in the store where the cameras do not view which was found-out and shown to me after the incident by the manager on duty. The manager stated that this has happened a few times by certain patrons (that may be the same as witnessed previously - where handbags were) who visit or eat at the establishment. The manager told me that he would call me the next day after viewing the footage of the videos at the time mentioned yet no call was made, assuming the above mentioned incident could not be verified. I do however find it discourteous for the manager not to call and will not be venturing to Nandos again after this treatment unless there is some sort of resource.
