Lack of service, Poor performance

Every time I order a meal at the drive-through I get asked to park outside the line and wait for my order. If I wanted to wait for my order I would have parked my car, get out and ordered in-store. Their attitude is pathetic towards customers. Always rude, in a way they just try to get you out of their face. Recently the drive through was blocked by two blue pallets. When I went to inquire about it they said the drive through staff is absent. All of them? Can no one from the team present assist me or any other clients? To be fair, not all KFC outlets operate in this poor fashion. Sunninghill branch is always friendly, accommodating and very quick with the orders. Wilrogate can learn a lot from Sunninghill. Hopefully they straighten out.
