Steers Gives the WORST service ever! SIES!!!

I ordered for delivery at 16:33 and my delivery only came at 18;00! When i called the manager to ask about my order she says sorry there's nothing she can do!
She was so rude! so much that she gave me an ultimatum to either keep waiting or cancel! Then she says she'll just wait for the complain from head office! MY FOOD WAS 1:30mins late and that was beyond bad since im literally 2Ks away then the MANAGER calls me with attitude only to drop the phone in my ear!
I have never been this mad and dissapointed at customer service ever! And until Steers does something about this, I will not stop!!!
