Bad service deserve a complaint!

Hello Peter, Sunday morning we went to the three rivers mall in vereeniging because we had a meeting with one of our biggest suppliers in the industry, we stopped at the maxi`s in three river`s thought we can quickly get something to drink and eat, what a suprise! the waiter took the order for drinks, 25 - 30 min later still no drinks or something to eat, we went to the manager on duty, we told her what happend she just said shell cancel the order without apologising or nothing, we left without something to eat or drink, its companies like this that can close their doors for good, because they dont care about their customer`s!!!
