Let me start by saying I don't just complain, but when it happens on more than 3 occasions, something surely should be said!!
Phoned Mr Delivery at 6:46 to order Steers.. I stay just outside Durbanville area, so I grant an hour should be more than enough time? seeing as the ladies always say "It will take 45 minutes sir". ( didn't realise that I was in for a VERY LONG plus 45!) 7:36 I phoned them to ask how much longer I had to wait, the lady politely replied she will phone the driver and phone me straight back - said he is on his way. about 20-30 mins pass I receive a phone call from the lady asking to repeat my street spelling, didn't really bother me.. after the phone call I continued to wait for 10-20 mins longer until the driver came to my door; surprisingly its a young guy, and is an acquaintance, so its smiles and uncomfortable to almost demand my food to at least be warm, but unfortunately was freezing cold... minute micro'd steers almost 1 hour 45 late is really unsatisfying!

END OF STORY! steers ill never order from your franchise again.
