Nandos
Perfect Example

I've been a long time Nandos customer/addict and something I've always been aware of (especially since the drive-though's opened) is having to be especially careful that I check what I receive against what I've ordered. Given the nature of the Nandos menu - the variety of side orders, flavors and the option to order different parts of the chicken - I've often found myself going back when I get chips instead of wedges, or leg pieces instead of breast, etc, etc.

The Northmead branch is a perfect example of what all Nandos restaurants should be! They get my (usually complicated) orders correct FIRST time, and they repeat it just to make sure it's correct once I've ordered. Not only that, but all the staff that I've interacted with seem genuinely happy about providing excellent service! Everybody smiles, everybody is friendly, and I usually end up having a fat conversation with the guys who pass me the order from the last window while I wait.

I've personally complimented the staff, but it's probably best to let the big wigs know what's going on there as well.
