Hair in burger!

On various occasions we experienced that prices differ for the same meal much to often. I understand that prices do not stay the same, but I believe that some of the staff of this branch is either incompetent to work on the till or are just from the customers. When we question the prices politely, we get ten different excuses and an attitude on top of that.
Yesterday when we had to pay, one of the front ladies 'accidently' up-sized our meals. We did not once ask for it to be up-sized. We specifically asked for the normal coke in the cup to be replaced with a 500ml. We are aware that we have to pay extra for that, but why does the price increase even for this almost every second week?
Even worse! When we got home my wife found ONE BLACK HAIR between the chicken and cheese inside the bun!!! Discusting!!! We couldn't even finish our meal after that 'discovery'! We just threw it away! This was the last straw! We will never buy from that branch ever again!
