Terrible service! A ruined night out

After driving from the West Rand to specifically go to the BRYANSTON ADEGA, we were ignored at the door and eventually showed ourselves to our own table. We were helped by a table clearer who was kind enough to at least take our order until a waiter got to us. 30 minutes later we still had no dinner or even a drink refill... not even anyone checking on us. I aproached the manager who disregarded me. After 45 mins we still had nothing... not even a waiter! We went to the manager AGAIN and he said he was busy cutting our salmon... only now after the order was placed almost an hour ago??? He was curt and not even apologetic. We ended up leaving, wasting an entire evening, a long drive and a rare night off.

I have never been so disappointed and shocked at the managers disregard. In these tight financial times, going out is a treat and to be treated like this and receive such hurrendous service is unnacceptable!
