KFC Onverwacht in Ellisras, Will never see me eve

Me and my family was in the car in the driver through and the lady that was supouse to help at the ordering window just waved her hand and never gave any service, we drove to the pay window to complain and so they also walked a way and ignored us, but the people in front of us that was not white got service as well as the people behind us. I am not a and this happens? I am really not happy! This is happening a lot now but why?
