Terrible customer service

I had called Nandos Amanzimtoti at approximately 14:30 to place an order for pick at around 15:30pm... my order had been received with clarity and all was well. Upon arriving at Nandos at 15:35 to pick up a staff member came to me and said that "she is very sorry but my order isn't ready yet, they had just started preparing it and it will be about another 20mins". This upset me greatly as i had called in well in advance and placed that order. I had asked for my money back as i could not wait. at first they refused and after alot of co-motion they returned my money and where very arrogant about the issue. This is terrible service. They staff obviously have no idea what they are doing. If you feel like Nandos i suggest you go elsewhere as these guys are a joke!!!
