This morning I phoned 0313019161 wrt ordering the breakfast special, I spoke to the lady by the name of NTAH. I wanted breakfast to be delivered cos I'm at the same building as them.
I asked the lady to swop Fried Chips with mushrooms cos I don't eat Fried Chips. She blatantly refuse, she said they can't do that. I asked to speak to the manager, she just ignored me and put the phone off hook until I droped the phone.
Tried several times to call back, but their line was engaged meaning the phone was till off hook for over 30 minutes.
I ended up not having my breakfast.
What type of service is this, where is the problem in swoping items which are available at restaurant, what happened into satisfying customers.
