KFC's poor service - Twice in one visit!

My boyfriend and I were in a rush to get to the airport and decided to pop past KFC to get some lunch. Being short of time, we decided to go through the drive thru. When we arrived at the Order window, we asked for our "usual" - two upsized Pops meals. We were then told that they don't sell Pops meals. The woman who helped us was extremely unfriendly and rude and eventually "allowed" us to have a Pops meal. She did not apologise for her mistake. When we arrived at the Collect window, we were told there were no chips and we needed to park and wait. We were already late due to the issue at the first window and now we were being told to wait even longer! This just got our blood boiling! How can a fast food outlet have no chips ready during a peak time? This branch of KFC is notorious in Ballito for being exceptionally bad when it comes to speed and service, and I must say this experience was the last straw for us. KFC has just lost two loyal customers!
