Incompetent staff

On sunday, on my way home from the beach my sisters and i decided to get some kfc. we went in and when our turn came we went to the till were Innocent was at, he asked us for our order and when i was giving him our order he looked like he was taking it down but apparently he was doing something else and was just pretending to listen to me then he eventually used the till next to him and asked for our order of which we had to repeat. i clearly told him twice about the sprinkle pops of which he even responded to that by saying he is just checking if the zinger sachets are available to which i said either one is fine. he did not hand over the slip as he said he needed it to get our order packed.he gave us our packaged meals and we left.when we got home to eat our meals, the sprinkle pops was not in there. my husband phoned to tell him that he did not put the pops in the packet and he said that it was not his fault why we didnt check then later went on to say that it was not on the slip, the slip that we never saw cause it was not given to us.. is this how you conduct your business?? when i spoke to innocent on the phone he then told me he cant remember!! like seriously, he acts dum
