Getting orders wrong and packing food incorrectly

I placed an order for the following at KFC Bothasig on Saturday 28 September: 2 Colonel Burgers, one without mayo, tomato or lettuce, 3 Grilled Twisters, 2 Pieces of Chicken 2 Snack Burgers without mayo, a large chips and some Crispy Strips. The total came to R233, 90

After placing the order, the first thing I noticed was that not 2, but 3 Colonel Burgers were added to my order. They were busy, so I decided to just leave it and take the extra burger. Luckily, in the car on my way home I checked the burgers because ALL OF THEM had mayo on them, so had to go back and get them exchanged while the rest of the food got cold. When I got home, I found that the Twisters had gotten crushed due to being wrapped in Snack Burger paper instead of being properly boxed. On top of that, the Twisters had virtually no Mayo, so I had to add my own.

If this were an isolated incident, I wouldn't make a big deal about it, but this is just one of many issues I've had at this KFC.

Please don't send me an empty, meaningless apology letter from "Yum Foods International" again, it doesn't solve anything.
