WORST client service ever!!!

Where is the world can you treat a client like your "chommie" and that with a disgusting attitude! To this lady mentioned above, your poor service and lack of general manners will cost you A LOT in life!

This is the second time i got extreme poor service at this restaurant, makes a person wonder whats up with management??? Oh, sorry, she was too busy smoking around the corner to notice the pathetic service... And to really make matters worse, she called this employee outside and when they came inside we got stares and giggles...

WHAT KIND OF CLIENT SERVICE IS THAT???

To be specific, we were 3 friends ordering food and paying separately, and she bounced between the 3 of us like a teacher reprimanding school children. That degrading manner i will never forget!!!

Sick that a person like this is actually in a client service environment!!!

Good luck to who ever goes to them ever again, this wont be me!!!

As for the owner of this franchise, i pray to that someone with good personality traits will one day be in management of your restaurant as service can make or brake a company...
